1. Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing Times All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Free Shipping Every order ships free within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Carriers and Tracking We ship with USPS or UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
2. Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to love your cards. If something isn’t right, please read our return conditions below.
Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original, unopened packaging.
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 5 days of delivery at apassingstranger@apassingstrangercard.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we will send replacement items at no additional cost.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email apassingstranger@apassingstrangercard.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address for our Seattle facility.
- Pack the item securely in its original, unopened packaging.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
